Our mission
Good explanations are unevenly spread. Coaching and private tutors can be expensive, and a clear answer is hard to find at 10 p.m. the night before an exam. Acazen exists to make patient, step-by-step help available to every Indian student with a phone or laptop, regardless of income or location.
The aim is understanding, not just answers. Acazen is designed to show the reasoning, name the concept being used, and adapt its depth to the class level you tell it, so you can solve the next problem yourself.

- UnderstandGet a clear, step-by-step explanation. Ask follow-ups until each step makes sense.
- Practise & reviseTest yourself, refine your notes, and track your progress so mistakes don't repeat.
Syllabi, subjects & languages
CBSE, NCERT & JKBOSE
Classes 6 to 12, including Class 10 and Class 12 board preparation.
JEE Main & Advanced
Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics at entrance-exam level.
NEET
Biology, Chemistry and Physics with NCERT-based explanations.
Acazen has a language selector that includes English, Hindi, Punjabi, Hinglish, Urdu, Marathi and Malayalam, among others, so you can learn in the language you think in.
Our principles
- Understanding over answers. Explanations should teach a method, not just hand over a result.
- Honesty about AI. We say plainly that AI can be wrong, and we tell you how to check.
- Access for everyone. A free way to start, so money is not a barrier to a good explanation.
- Student privacy. Many users are minors, so privacy is treated as a core requirement, not an afterthought. See the Privacy Policy.
- Syllabus first. Built around Indian curricula and exams, not a generic chatbot experience.
- Listen and correct. Mistakes reported by students are taken seriously. See Corrections.
AI accuracy policy
We want students to be able to trust Acazen, which starts with being honest about what it is.
- Answers are AI-generated. They are produced by large language models guided by Acazen's own instructions for teaching style, curriculum alignment and step-by-step structure.
- AI can be wrong. Long calculations, unit conversions, edge cases and very recent facts are the most error-prone.
- Official material is the source of truth. For exams, your NCERT textbook, syllabus and teacher take priority over any AI answer, including ours.
- A learning aid, not a shortcut. Acazen is for understanding. Follow your school's rules on academic honesty.
- Not professional advice. Acazen does not provide medical, legal or mental-health advice. If you are struggling, talk to a trusted adult or a qualified professional.
How to verify an answer
- Check the formula or definition against your NCERT textbook or class notes.
- Redo the arithmetic yourself or with a calculator, especially for multi-step numerical problems.
- Check units and signs (a missing negative sign or wrong unit is the commonest slip).
- Ask Acazen to explain a step differently. If the explanations disagree, treat the answer as unreliable.
- Ask your teacher when it matters, and report the error so it can be looked at.
Responsible use & parents
For students
Try each problem first, then use Acazen to find where you got stuck. Use it to learn the method, not to copy.
For parents
Use Parent Access to view progress and set healthy limits. Younger students should use AI tools with a parent or teacher's guidance. Questions are welcome via the contact page.
For teachers & schools
Acazen can support doubt-clearing outside class hours. Interested in a pilot or feedback session? Get in touch.
